Author Guidelines

    • Online submission is required through https://smdipublisher.com/ojs/digitalmanagementsciencesjournal/submissions, further publication process shall be entertained for review.
    • The submitted research articles are vetted and reviewed at the Assistant Editor Desk (AED) for the given scope, contribution to the main stream of knowledge, and originality of the study conducted.
    • AED shall inform the author accordingly, online/ through email within ONE month of its submission, if research article does not meet the minimum standards, the AED shall inform the author accordingly. The review decision of the AED shall be considered as final. 
    • There is no article process/submission fee of the journal.
    • The submitting article should be in English
    • Authors to make sure that manuscript should not be submitted to other journals nor it been published as whole or in parts.
    • An article should be divided into following sections: introduction, literature review, research methodology, results and conclusion.
    • Articles recommended 7-14 pages in total, includes title page, authors’ names along with complete designation, affiliation and email address, submitting author will be considered as corresponding author.
    • Abstract must be between 200-300 words.
    • Tables, representation of empirical findings, figures/graphs should be at relevant places not as appendix.
    • Text citations (2nd/surname of the author, followed by Year), for book page number, followed by the year. Single Author: (Author, 2023), Two-Authors (Author-1 & Author-2, 2023), More than 2 Authors: (last name of the first Author and followed by et al., 2023). References will be placed at end of the article.
    • The research article/paper will be sent for double-blind peer review, after a successful Desk Review (DR).
    • In case of minor/major observation(s), changes from the blind peer review, the author shall have to correct the same and make modifications in the article therefore.
    • A single research article shall contain SIX maximum number of authors. Order of authors and authors cannot be reformed after the DR.
    • More than 4% with a single source material, will not be accepted for publication.
    • In the case of English grammatical mistakes, the author(s) may be asked to get the research article proofread by an expert. (Proofreading certificate has to be attached).
    • The renowned authors of technologically advanced countries shall be entertained on a priority basis.
    • Guidelines for authors’ manuscript:
      • The manuscript should be single-spaced and fully justified.
      • Page margins of document should be 1.5 inches from all sides, except bottom i.e.,     1 inch.
      • The font style should be in Times New Roman 12 points.
      • Other than English, words from languages should be properly italicized. Quotations should be in double quotation marks.
      • All headings should be in bold capitals; all ranged left. They should be numbered.
    • Notes and references: Notes should contain bibliographical information only. These should be set out in a single-spaced list at the end of the article, not at the foot of the typescript pages. Your bibliographical notes, which will be printed as a list of endnotes after the article, should include at least the following information APA style:

     

      • For books or other free-standing publications: author, the full title of, work (italic), place of publication, name of the publisher, date of publication (in parenthesis) & the page(s) referred to.
      • For periodical articles: full name of the author, the title of the article (in quotation marks), the title of periodical (italic), year of publication, page numbers of article.
