The present study noticed that effective time management is a key to achieve the target of productivity in both educational and practical settings. Current study examines the intervention of time management in designing individual productivity by exploring how planning, prioritization, and efficient use of time contribute to improved work outcomes. Using a structured research approach, the study analyzes the connection of time management practices and productivity levels among participants. The findings suggest that individuals who demonstrate better time management skills tend to perform tasks more efficiently, meet deadlines more consistently, and experience reduced work-related stress. These results highlight the importance of developing productive time management strategies as a means of enhancing productivity and overall performance. This current study explores the causes (Economic activities, rural push factors and access to services) and consequences (Environment impacts) of urbanization in Jeddah City, Saudi Arabia. Economic opportunities, rural push factors, and access to essential services are examined as primary causes that attract populations to the city, while environmental degradation, including pollution, loss of green spaces, and increased pressure on resources, is assessed as a major consequence of rapid urban growth. Using a mixed-methods approach combining surveys, interviews, and secondary data analysis, the study provides both quantitative and qualitative insights into the factors influencing urban expansion and its outcomes. The findings reveal that while urbanization offers significant economic and social benefits, it also poses critical environmental challenges, highlighting the need for sustainable urban planning strategies. This research contributes to the broader understanding of urban growth in rapidly developing regions and provides evidence-based recommendations for
policymakers and urban planners in Jeddah and similar cities.
Ehsan Qadir Copyright (c) 2025 Digital Management Sciences Journal 2025-12-31 2025-12-31 2 5 12 23 10.62854/dmsj.v2i5.50 Relationship between Artificial Intelligence and students’ outcome: A mediating role of social media. http://journals.smdipublisher.com/index.php/dmsj/article/view/49
This study investigates the impact of artificial intelligence (AI) tools—such as ChatGPT, Grammarly, and automated tutoring systems—on university students’ learning habits. As AI becomes increasingly embedded in academic environments, students rely on these tools for writing, research, organization, and conceptual understanding. The purpose of this study is to evaluate how AI influences learning efficiency, academic performance, and critical thinking skills. Data were collected using a structured survey distributed to 300 university students from various disciplines. Results indicate that AI improves writing quality, enhances comprehension, and reduces study time. However, concerns arise regarding dependence on AI, potential academic dishonesty, and decreased independent research capability. The study concludes with recommendations for responsible and ethical AI integration in higher education.
Sarah Aman Copyright (c) 2025 Digital Management Sciences Journal 2025-12-31 2025-12-31 2 5 24 37 10.62854/dmsj.v2i5.49 Inclusive Leadership and Innovative Behavior of Healthcare Employees http://journals.smdipublisher.com/index.php/dmsj/article/view/51
Aim of this study was to investigate the direct effects of inclusive leadership (IL) with their respective three constructs on innovative behavior (IB). Survey approach design was used. Cross-sectional data was collected. SPSS was used for data analysis. Non-probability convenience sampling was used. Correlation and regression test were used for hypotheses testing while percentage, frequency and Cronbach alpha were also reported. It was found that all attributes of IL are significantly and positively related to IB. Managers with inclusive style allow the employees more to exhibit the IB. Their employees come up with new ideas. Future studies must add mediators and moderators to further investigate the complex models.
Yasir Hayat Mughal Copyright (c) 2025 Digital Management Sciences Journal 2025-12-31 2025-12-31 2 5 38 46 10.62854/dmsj.v2i5.51 Determinants and Their Impact on CO₂ Emissions: A Pakistan Perspective http://journals.smdipublisher.com/index.php/dmsj/article/view/47
The main purpose of the study is to investigate the factors influencing the Co2 emissions. The study uses the extended STIRPAT (Stochastic Impacts by Regression on Population, Affluence, and Technology) model to measure the Co2 emission. Explanatory variables are taken by the study are population(Pop), economic activity (GDP per capita), energy consumption (EC), urbanization (URB), trade openness( TO), and energy-sector composition (ESC), demand of vehicle (DV). The study uses the time sereies data over the period from 1972 to 2024 (52 years observation). The study examines long-run relationships between CO₂ emissions and its determinants using autoregressive distributed lag (ARDL) bounds testing, error-correction modeling (ECM), and multiple regression analysis. The study’s results suggest that energy consumption and urbanization are the important predictors towards the emissions. The found that demand of vehicle also the cause of Co2 emission. While EC shows non-linear effects.
Muhammad Muqaddam Aman Muhammad Uzair Aman Copyright (c) 2025 Digital Management Sciences Journal 2025-12-31 2025-12-31 2 5 47 53 10.62854/dmsj.v2i5.47
